Over our 27 years, our brand has been built by many hands. All over the country, all over the world, the name above the door became much more than a brand name. It became part of our lives as a Cath Kidston community. Part of our joy. Something we built together.

 

Over the last week, there have been some changes for our brand. In an ever-changing landscape for British retail, and to protect the brand we love and built together, we made the impossibly difficult decision to close the doors of all of our stores. Many have been impacted across the entire business and with our whole hearts, we thank those who made our stores “home” for customers and their families. We thank those who visited us, befriended our teams and made us part of their communities. And we thank every single person, over the last quarter of a century, that has shaped us into a brand, so loved by many.

 

As we work to build a bright future for that same brand, we’re committed to refocusing and creating the kinds of products our customers love and want to treasure. And we’re going to need your help with that; our customers, our friends.

 

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be asking for your feedback on the products that mean the most to you, the ones you’d love to see and the ones that truly honour the heritage of this brand we built together.

 

We promise, the Cath Kidston you know and love – in all its brightly printed glory – will go on to grow into a new era as a customer first, digital-led company, focused on global adventures and sparking joy with our products far and wide, from our online home at cathkidston.com. Whilst we might not look exactly the same as we did, we’re still here, and we hope you can come on this journey with us.
